Bob Joyce respects the Constitution and Marriage

"Unlike Senator Walsh, I will defend YOUR right to VOTE to define marriage in Massachusetts. I will not surrender that right in the Legislature or before the Supreme Judicial Court. I will let you vote.”

Bob Joyce respects Self-Government

“Too often our ‘career’ politicians have not listened to the vote of the people (failing to roll back income taxes to 5%). I have the independence and courage to place the voters’ wishes above political expedience. I will protect your money – and your rights.”

Bob Joyce respects Traditional Values

“Our community will prosper in harmony with traditional values of life, parental rights and liberty only if we have the heart and determination to seek truth relentlessly and oppose falsehoods unequivocally. I will work for those values.”

This is a grassroots campaign to ensure self-government!

"In a grassroots campaign everybody has to work a little (or a lot) harder. I’m prepared to do that. If you consider me worthy of your vote, I would ask three things of you. First, please consider making a donation to my campaign. My opponent is a well-entrenched, well-funded candidate and while we don’t expect to match her fund-raising capabilities, we do need a reasonable level of funding to get our message out. Second, please talk to your friends and neighbors about our campaign; word-of-mouth advertising has always been the best advertising. And lastly, please don’t forget to vote on November 2, 2004.  Every vote is needed and every vote is appreciated. If elected, I pledge to roll up my sleeves, and together we'll work to change the direction of Massachusetts politics.

"If you know you will not be able to get to the polls on Election Day (11/02/04), please call our campaign headquarters and we’ll either arrange to get an absentee ballot to you, or arrange for transportation to the polls."
